Portions of proffer videos – the legal term for videotaped conversations some of Trump’s co-defendants had with prosecutors – were leaked to several news outlets on Monday.
The Fulton County district attorney’s office did not immediately respond to CNN’s request for comment about the emergency protective order or leaked videos.
The videos provide some new details about efforts by those close to Trump to reverse the election in his favor.
In the months since the motion, the district attorney’s office did not follow up to ask for an official ruling.
